AI Academy

Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms apply to the AI Academy app and website ("AI Academy"), provided by B.S.O.E LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08938266) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using AI Academy you agree to them. If you download AI Academy from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply to the extent allowed.

1. Your account

2. The All Access subscription

AI Academy's courses are available with AI Academy All Access, a single subscription that unlocks every course, Practice with AI and the other AI learning partners, the AI Tutor and hub tools, progress tracking and certificates. We do not sell individual courses. Without a subscription you can browse the course catalogue and course outlines.

Some courses guide you through free learning material from other providers, such as Microsoft Learn. Your subscription pays for our course structure, goals, practice, progress tracking and certificates — not for that material, which is linked (not copied) and remains free from its provider under its own terms.

If your school, employer or another organisation has arranged access for you, you do not need to subscribe while that arrangement lasts.

3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

4. AI features

AI Academy uses artificial intelligence to explain topics, set practice tasks, review your work and give feedback. AI can make mistakes. Use it to support your learning, check important facts, and don't rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Don't enter passwords, confidential work information or other people's personal details into AI features.

5. Acceptable use

Please use AI Academy for learning. Don't misuse it — for example by trying to break its security, share your account, copy or resell course content, use AI features to create harmful, abusive or unlawful content, or interfere with other learners. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Content and certificates

Course content belongs to us or our licensors and is for your personal learning. Material from other providers that our courses link to (for example Microsoft Learn) is provided by its owners under their own terms. Certificates show that you completed a course in AI Academy; they are not formal qualifications unless we say so.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep AI Academy available and up to date, and we may add, change or retire courses and features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your subscription includes, we will tell you in advance.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
